Bought the 90x90 tufting frame, received it and noticed how the grippers have long empty gaps in them, which results in bad tension for the primary fabric. The customer service was very helpful, they sent me another one thinking it was a one time problem, but when the replacement arrived the grippers were basicly the same. Filled with around 15-20 gaps of 3-6 cm, occasionally even 7-8 cm empty slots. I don't recommend buying this product, until they have confirmed that the gripper issue is fixed. I have notified them.
Easy to assemble, saves the a lot of hassle building you own, Be sure to keep the red part of the grips on the inside
very bad gripp.
While it is ‘easy’ to assemble, you have to do a bit of figuring out as the nailed carpet gripper on each side is angled. Would definitely be worth having a simple page of instructions. Once assembled is sturdy and fit for purpose.
